Meet Joseph Richards
Joseph Richards is a workforce analytics consultant and economic strategist based in Beavercreek, Oregon. Feel free to add me on Linkedin.
He has worked as a labor economist and workforce analyst, helping organizations understand how jobs, wages, and economic systems interact.
Joseph lives in Beavercreek with his wife and their four daughters, who attend local public schools and participate in community activities.
He currently serves on the Oregon City Swim Team board and volunteers with Oregon City Children’s Theatre.
Joseph has spent his career analyzing how workforce and economic systems function. His work focuses on understanding how jobs, wages, and regional economies evolve and how policy can help communities grow. Through Oregon Rainmakers, he is working to bring practical economic ideas into Oregon’s public conversation and help shape the state’s economic future.
